The shooting just wrapped up for the day and I was starting to put away the props when I heard some voices behind a group of parked trailers. I took a peek and saw one of the extras still in his warrior costume, speaking his cheesy lines to the stunt coordinator. I remembered this particular extra who, while hot, seemed to have problems delivering the few lines he had.
The stunt director then made a few punching gestures, as if practicing the actor for his role. The barely clothed hunk reacted and leaped backward according to the script. Unfortunately, he landed on the stairs behind, causing him to lose his balance and fall backward onto the ground hard.
I saw the man hit his head so I ran panicking and thinking of the legal problems the studio would incur. I was shocked, almost disgusted, when I saw our stunt director just staring passively at the fallen actor.
I approached the man on the ground to check if he was OK when his body jerked. I almost jumped back myself in surprise but barely had any time to react when the gladiator struck a sexy pose on the ground where he lay.
