Some companies in the adult content business are sometimes too eager to make profits that they will hastily grab whatever resources they can easily afford, be it human talent or equipment. Sometimes, they fail to take into account the intricacies of such acquisitions, which sometimes leads to awkward or interesting situations.
Take for example this model they got to represent a hot Southeast Asian male. They had the grand idea to have him pose in the snow in a frigid location, without any shirt on, naturally. They simply presume he'd be fine since he's built to be that way. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

It only took a few minutes out in the snow for the machine's internal temperature to drop significantly, triggering some of its failsafe programs to keep it warm. And since there was no other source of heat nearby, it did the next best thing.
